Welcome! We are glad you are here. We know that researching nutrition and even thinking about taking the next steps can be intimidating. Our coaches, Zak and Kirk, want you to know that nutrition is hard for everyone. There is so much information out there it can be overwhelming. We make it more approachable by helping you develop good habits and free yourself from the control of food. That’s why we take a psychological approach to nutrition and weight loss by recognizing that you’re human and that we have to unlearn a lot of unhealthy ideologies. 

Zak and Kirk are both recognized by the American College of Sports Medicine as Certified Personal Trainers and Precision Nutrition Coaches Level | 1.
