CARS - Total Body

CARS (controlled articulations rotations) - active rotational movements at the outer limits of articular motion.
This program will focus on: neck, hips, shoulder blades, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles and back. 

Regularly completing CARS will:

  • Keep your joints healthy 
  • Allow the joints to move how they were intended to. 
  • Improve your range of motion 

CARS are recommended for everyone, and should be done daily for optimal results.

Optional equipment : chair, foam roller, wooden dowels, wall - anything to help stabilize yourself during hip cars.
