What you'll get during this 3 week program:

- Video demonstrations & written programming
This course will require minimal equipment: yoga mat & ball, stretching strap, Power Systems Versa Tubes- extra light, light & medium resistance. If you do not have this equipment, simple modifications can be made - just reach out to Sam at [email protected].
