In Loving Memory of Zak

Owner, Personal Trainer, & Nutrition Coach

Zak dedicated nearly 20 years of his life to helping others become stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally. In 2013, Zak and his wife, Kristen, founded Focused Results with a shared vision of creating a supportive space where people could build healthier, stronger lives. That vision lives on today, as Kristen continues to run and manage the family business with the same care, passion, and commitment they built together.

As the owner of Focused Results, a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and lifelong student of movement, Zak poured his passion into guiding people through their fitness journeys with encouragement, expertise, and genuine belief in their potential.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a background in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Business, Zak was recognized by the American College of Sports Medicine and held multiple advanced certifications. But more than his credentials, Zak will be remembered for his integrity, his warmth, and the way he made people feel capable—often before they believed it themselves.

A former college baseball player and coach, Zak carried the values of teamwork, discipline, and attitude into every part of his life. His dream was simple and powerful: to own a studio where people felt supported and empowered, and to help others live healthier, fuller lives. He fulfilled that dream every day.

Zak passed away in 2025 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. His strength, resilience, and unwavering attitude continue to inspire all who knew him. His legacy lives on through Focused Results and in the countless lives he touched.
